Pet Policy Overview

Each apartment may have one of the following options:

• Up to two cats
     OR

• One fish tank of 20 gallons or less
     OR

• Two "small pets": bearded dragon, chameleon, chinchilla, frog, gecko, gerbil, guinea pig, hamster, hedgehog, hermit crab, iguana, rabbit, turtle, tortoise

If the pet is not listed above, it is forbidden unless you have written permission from the property management team.  You may ask about similar animals to those listed above.  Dogs and birds are not allowed.

Pet Fees

Cats: $35/mo + $350 non-refundable fee

​

Small pets:  $15/mo + $150 non-refundable fee

​

Fish tank: $100 non-refundable fee OR proof of renters insurance with water damage protection
